HUGE Brooklyn Artist's Industrial Loft - Bedroom, Kitchen, and Tons of Space

Welcome to our massive 3100 sqft sun-soaked Brooklyn loft! Housed on the 4th floor of a converted furniture factory, our unique space features two separate loft units, located across the hallway from each other. Featuring 12-ft ceilings, vintage wood flooring, exposed brick, two individual full kitchens, dining and living areas, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. Our space also has plenty of photo and lighting equipment available (included with the space and some for rent additionally). We have worked some of the industry's top production companies and brands such as Nike, Net-A-Porter, UPS, TikTok, Squarespace, Complex, Mass Appeal, Best Buy, B&H Photo, Sakara Life, Wunderman Thompson - too many to list! Hospitality is our priority: We have shared our space with A-list celebrities including professional athletes, actors, musicians, and TV personalities. Windows: Our lofts have over 110 linear feet of 10 ft tall south, east, north, and west-facing windows, providing gorgeous light from sunrise to sunset. Kitchens: Our lofts offer two separate fully-operational kitchens, one in each unit, featuring massive surfaces and counter space for shooting, prepping, and cooking. The kitchen's offer unique detailing such as Spanish tiling, a custom-made granite slab table, and a ceramic tile island with decorative inlay, a massive walnut butcher's block, and a farmhouse sink. Many of the cabinets are handcrafted cedar, matching the wood throughout the rest of the loft. A full suite of kitchen tools (pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.) are availbale for your use during the rental. Bedroom: Our 200 sqft Bedroom is clean and simple with white and rustic brick walls, a full size platform bed, Persian rug, antique wooden trunk, consoles, and lamps. Bathroom: Offering two bathrooms, one in each space, both are unique in their own right. One a 100 sqft space featuring Spanish tiling, windows, open shower and adorned with vining plants. The other a 90 sqft bathroom with clawfoot bathtub and unique Bohemian props. Other: Our studios feature a 10' x 8' textured, painted canvas, along with other various, framed fine art. We also have a very bright (and dimmable) Hollywood vanity for hair and makeup needs, two rolling clothing wardrobe racks, and two Jiffy steamers. Various couches, chairs, stools, and furniture are available between each space (all can be seen in the photos). Props/ Backdrops: We have a variety of unique props such as various stone and wood slabs, unique textures, mid-century modern furniture and decor, and vintage film and 8mm cameras. We have 9ft seamless paper and backdrops available for use. Colors include black, white, mocha, olive green, crimson red, and more. Accessibility: Studio is on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs. We can operate the building's freight elevator for productions, which conveniently opens directly to the sidewalk. Access to freight MUST be scheduled with host prior to booking.
