This multi-level resort style property with spectacular views of the San Fernando Valley makes for a wonderful space to host private events and small mixers or wrap parties. (Please note that we currently do not allow birthday parties or weddings.) The property includes a variety of spaces: - A full size mediterranean style pool that has loungers, waterfall features, and colored lights-- all surrounded by tropical trees - A state of the art night club at the top level featuring a dance floor & full bar with a 35-ft LED video wall, customized lighting, DJ system, and a full outdoor lounge patio with full city views and TV's - A third level terrace overlooking the pool with seating views and a fire pit - Treehouse style outdoor staircases - A tropical courtyard with large palm trees, a fountain, wood burning fireplace, and dining table under a lush pergola - A cedar cabin style sauna with a window to nature and city views - A tiled steam room - A gym which can be used as wardrobe and makeup room There's plenty of natural light for daytime, and is just as gorgeous at night with all the built-in tree lights surrounding the property. *** Please note that this property is multi-level, thus you will need to walk up a few flights of stairs to access the different spaces. ___ There is a spec fee of $75 which will be deducted from your total if you decide to book. Your event may also be subject to a cleaning fee of $130, depending on the type and size.
