Natural light photography studio with western exposure at street level, 10x10 foot garage door on one side of the studio. Natural grey stucco wall makes a great backdrop for portraits, 11-1/2 foot ceilings. Space includes use of two mono stands, various painted canvas backgrounds, one small marble countertop and some tile. There is a full gourmet galley kitchen for food photography prep at an extra hourly fee. Private changing room and clothing steamer available upon request. The studio has been used for food, product and corporate portrait photography for the past 20 years. A Pre project meeting is required. Ample parking and easy unloading of equipment. This is a no smoking or vaping studio. Studio is strictly for photography or video projects only. No parties, live music or events.
