This 1935 Spanish Bungalow has retained its original charm and character over the decades and boasts many original fixtures and details throughout. It's a two bedroom, split-level hillside home with views of the mountains, and has been styled with unique and artful decor and many thriving indoor plants. The living room is the prized space in the home as it is spacious and comfortable, with an original fireplace, and it receives so much natural light from the large picture window flanked by sweet, arched built-in shelves. Our home has been used for film and photography shoots and is best suited for smaller projects with teams of up to 20 people.

Every surface is dusted and mopped/wiped between every booking, and high touch surfaces are disinfected. Accessible windows are cleaned between every booking, and inaccessible windows are cleaned as needed. Air filters are replaced every three months and rugs are vacuumed and laundered between every booking. Old homes look aged, and this house is no exception, however, its cleanliness is of the highest order.
