The space is a 450 sf event space that is perfect for Birthday Celebrations, Graduation Dinners, Brunches, Paint Nights Workshops, Networking Events, Pop-up Shops, Book Signings, Fundraising Events, and more! The space includes a 65 inch smart TV, a Grass Wall, WiFi, and Bluetooth Speakers. Note, the space is immediately adjacent to another event space that is separated by a glass wall. If events are happening simultaneously, the glass wall covered with grey-colored ceiling to floor blackout curtains. The spaces can also be combined to function as one large event space. You'll also note that this space includes a couch and lounge area, as well as a kitchenette. The grass wall and TV are in the adjacent event space. Guests who prefer those amenities are encouraged to book event space 1 or reserve both spaces.

All Surface areas are sanitized before and after each event. Floors are swept, then mopped, and steamed before and after each event. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer. Remove garbage and add new lining in trash cans.
