(If you book outside elevator hours, pack accordingly and let your team know) SOUNDPROOF: -Our space has been insulated to help with outside noise HOWEVER it is not soundproof. *Please make proper arrangements if you plan on shooting any audio in the space. ⏰ TIME ⏰ -Your booking time includes both setup and breakdown, so please book enough time to cover everything and avoid additional late fees or charges. -Your booking starts at the registered time, even if you are running late. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule, as there may be a booking immediately following yours that cannot be delayed. -Arriving late due to not reading instructions prior to your booking does not justify additional free time. Please ensure you read all instructions carefully to avoid any issues. -If you are running late or need more time than originally booked, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.HALLWAY - Please do not congregate or hang out in the hallway. There is a small, designated waiting room that is shared with all guests for small breaks.
