Large Daylight Photography & Film Studio in a Victorian Factory H.K. Curated Space is a 4,400 sq ft photography, film and content creation studio located within a Victorian textile factory, just two miles from Leicester train station. Designed to support commercial photography, film production, editorial shoots, brand campaigns, fashion photography, lifestyle content and interiors photography, the studio combines original industrial architecture with a curated collection of furniture, props and styled environments. Large East and West-facing factory windows, overhead skylights and original wooden flooring provide a versatile backdrop for both natural light and production-led shoots. Multiple shooting zones allow productions to create a variety of looks within a single hire. Please note: whilst an hourly rate is displayed, bookings are available as either half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) hires. The set features a retro 1970s yellow Formica kitchen, bare plaster backdrop and modern white countertops, making it particularly suitable for food photography, recipe content, product demonstrations and branded campaigns. Please note: the kitchen is a styled shooting environment only and is not a commercial catering facility. Props & Styling Hire includes access to a curated collection of vintage furniture, lighting, rugs and styling pieces, allowing productions to create multiple looks without extensive additional sourcing. The collection focuses on authentic mid-century and post-modern pieces selected for their character, flexibility and visual impact on camera.
