Events: the "events" package is available to groups of 150 or less. The rental includes the entire building. We are a newly renovated, modern community center located in Northridge CA (right next to CSUN). We have a lobby/reception area, a "student lounge," a small multipurpose space and a large multipurpose space. We also have office spaces and multiple outdoor spaces including two parking lots, a large and small patio, and grassy areas. Our large multipurpose space can hold 150 people with just chairs in theater style or just around 100 people with a seated table and chair set up. Events may not have loud music or other loud noises after 10. You will not be able to use the outside area after 10. We do not allow loud music to be played in outdoor spaces. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 7 Tagen und 24 Stunden vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück. Bei Buchungsstornierungen, die weniger als 24 Stunden vor Beginn des Events erfolgen, ist keine Erstattung möglich. Mehr erfahren
