Our modernist cabin is perfect for photo shoots and small events/retreats looking for a peaceful and creative space. The Bauschaus was hand built by architect Carl Bausch Jr. in 1968 and carefully updated in 2023. The main living space features unique windows and has tons of natural light. Works well for furniture shoots, and other photo shoots. A large artist studio sits next to the main house. The studio is empty and an amazing blank canvas for shoots of all kinds. We're located in picturesque Charlotte, Vermont, only 25 minutes from the Burlington Airport. The home sits on 8.5 acres, with views of the Adirondack Mountains With 3 thoughtfully designed bedrooms upstairs, it sleeps 6 comfortably for overnight stays.
