This backyard is the perfect oasis year-round with a pool, multiple large grassy areas and privacy from neighbors. Available for events day or night! This place is perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, barbecues, family gatherings, dance parties, filming and more. The outdoor capacity is 50-75 guests with ample room for a bar, caterers, tables and chairs. We have included photos for you from various past events. The backyard is large and versatile! You are welcome to move things around to accommodate your event. There is plenty of seating throughout the backyard. You will have direct access to power outlets. If you have a larger event you may rent additional tables/chairs to be dropped off. We are available for in-person scouts, just inquire
