A marble kitchenette with stainless steel sink and filtered water is also available for guest use. STUDIO A is located on the bottom floor, adjoined to the warehouse through a sliding barn door. The space features lime-washed walls, arched architectural details, marble tile flooring, a leather sofa, oversized floor mirror, and carefully curated vintage decor pieces. STUDIO B offers herringbone-style wood flooring, white walls, and a large arched bookshelf reflected by an oversized leaning mirror — perfect for fashion, lifestyle, and product shoots. The space includes a curated mix of mid-century inspired furniture and a cozy lounge setup designed for both content creation and client comfort. There are two restrooms, one on each floor, and both designed and decorated as an editorial-ready backdrop for beauty content.
