Exclusive use of outdoor areas with limited indoor space available for booking use. The exterior areas available include: the home entry/walkway, court yard with french fountain, Asian Inspired pergola, grassways, mediterranean style outdoor entertaining area complete with outdoor furniture, rock waterfall feature, boxwood garden side yard. The indoor areas available (unless otherwise agreed upon) include: The kitchen and entryway. Max. occupancy during use is 10 guests. Please inquire about specific logisitics needed.
