Entire Medical facility. Includes the entrance, waiting area, front desks, hallways, restrooms, basement lounge area, and lower-level consultation rooms. Equipment and active medical rooms are NOT included but some equipment can be borrowed with prior discussion and agreements and under supervision. The facility has to be left how it was found and please do take the trash out with you after production. Garbage cannot be left in front of the premises. Eating is only permitted in the lounge area. The facility is in the heart of NYC and has parking on the rooftop. It is fully accessible and it is great for all kinds of productions.
