It's a regular 2-story single-family 7BR home with 5.5 Bath (3200 Sq ft of space in total). The clubhouse has a lot of amenities - a gym, walk-in pool, spa, mini-golf, lazy river, basketball court and many more. The home has a nice pool with a spa - The pool can be heated for additional cost. There are 2 large spaces on each floor for gathering and meeting. Your employees will have a LOT OF FUN with a full day of productive sessions and team-building activities. The house comes with a full Kitchen.
