NEW ! LARIMAR - a mini studio perfect for product photography + content creation

Welcome to Larimar! NOW located in the back of Halite - a cute vintage shop in the Northwest Work Lofts. Our studio space includes a nice rectangle of just over 200 square feet of perfect photography and content creation space. Located in the back of our shop, there will also be room for gear, a table and clothing rack + steamer. The space faces WEST and there are both black out curtains, and semi-opaque white curtains, giving you the option to utilize diffused natural light, direct afternoon sun ( around 3pm + ) or to create using your own lighting gear. Our space features fir floors, a nice white wall, or white brick. There is plenty of room for product photography, headshots, model testing or small group photos. We find the space perfect for your smaller projects, model testing, headshots, product photography and content creation for Reels and TikTok. PLEASE NOTE - someone will be ON SITE while you are working, but you will have privacy in the back to create and work as you please. This is due to being in the back of our shop for security and scheduling reasons. Please be sure to reach out with any questions regarding this. There is easy-to-find street (free and paid) parking in the neighborhood, and 15-minute load zones right out front. We are on the main floor of the building ( in the courtyard ) and are accessible via ramps or a loading dock down the hall. Included in your rental is access to a handful of equipment for creating - 4' seamless paper by Savage in a variety of colors ( please ask to check on any specific requests ) stands and pole to hang the background paper light stands apple boxes clamps v-flats reflector and more!
