Our Resident Lounge is located in our Clubhouse. It is an ideal space for parties. Versatile enough to host groups up to 33 people. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.
