The 5511 West Marshall Street is great for weekday office monthly, special trainings in our large meeting room with AV support, and weddings or celebrations. Wifi access is provided to renters as well. The space can hold 100 to 160 folks comfortably. We have an additional building next door at 5509 West Marshall that can also be used for additional meeting space or break out sessions or preparation area prior to events. Here are our rental packages: 1) Monthly office rental of an individual office nearest the front door with key entry and security code access. Includes access to our individual bathrooms and kitchenette areas. 2) One-time or Recurring Special Event Training Rental: includes use of foyer, main room, bathrooms, and small kitchen area. 3) Weddings or Anniversary Options: Includes access to the full space (include two preparation areas, our adjacent building next door for reception, full use of the space and AV equipment and custom lighting. Our sound and audio technicians would assist with the event as well.
