We are AND Creative, a 2500 square foot space just minutes from Downtown Annapolis in the Annapolis Design District. Conveniently located just off of Routes 97 and 50. Our space is clean and open with an industrial art gallery vibe. It's the perfect spot for a chill birthday party, company get together, book club meeting, networking event, private meeting or creative workshop. The space includes a small kitchenette with a sink and full sized refrigerator, a small counter top bar, tea kettle and small spaces to put out food and drinks. We also can provide up to 4 folding tables and 50 chairs. There is a tv in the meeting room and wifi throughout the space. Rental of the entire space gets you access to: kitchenette, private bathroom within the space, meeting room. Wifi and tea bar are included. Rental of the meeting room only gets you access to the meeting room and the private bathroom. Wifi and tea bar included. Capacity: Seating for around 50 people for a speaking type of event or standing room for 75 for a more casual networking type of event. We can also set up folding tables (4-6 throughout the space) - each table would seat 6. There is a meeting table in the main gathering space for seating for 6 and a meeting table in the private meeting room with seating for 6.
