The base price of 100/hr(weekday business hours) includes use of the room, 2 mics, and sound board(video is an add-on). This is a turn-key space that is set up and ready to go for both audio and video. For video use, there are shelves and hooks that may be used to brand/decorate for your video. Give us a shout if you would like more details. Video addons(weekday business hours): 1 camera: 100/hr 3 camera: 200/hr You may not modify the room/bring in outside production gear except for cell phones and related accessories. Looking for a weekly/monthly deal? We give discounts for regular use. Bring your own SD card for audio only, or an SD card and usb drive for audio+video sessions. This podcast room is within a larger production space, but operates as it's own self service room. All you need is your voice, the rest is all set up. The room is sound dampened and fairly well isolated. There is wifi, and a 50" TV that you can plug your hdmi laptop into. Parking is free on the street, Wednesdays both sides are free, Tuesdays and Fridays there is street cleaning on the studio side between 10-12, and it's free outside those hours. Same applies to the opposite side but for Monday and Thursday. There is a driveway that can be used to load in/out. Do not block the driveway except for load in/out.
