Located in the popular Southend area, our clubroom offers space for meetings, team events, parties. Will hold a group of up to 40 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: -Seating for up to 35 including -Dining Room table seating 8 -Conference Room table seating 8 -Pool Table -Sink and mini fridge -Breakout space *Please note that coffee machines are not available for event use. If the machines are used during your event, an additional fee will be charged. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.
