If you are looking for a studio where the natural light takes center stage, look no further! Come step into this beautifully historic 1927 industrial building in the heart of the Fashion District. Come up our easy access elevators to a floor that overlooks the city and choose from one of our three uniquely designed studios all on the same floor! This studio is a highly curated and stylized space that celebrates the natural essences of the sun dripping in paired with modern furnishings and archway cutouts on the back wall. No matter what time of day you choose, the lighting will be there (unless overcast, of course) to greet you as you arrive. Your day will be simplified as you won't have to work hard to capture stunning images. You'll enjoy the views over the city as you sit comfortably inside this space. But it's not just about the aesthetics, comfort and security/safety are paramount. Relax and regenerate in our seating, soaking of the panoramic city views, knowing that you're in a well maintained building with round-the-clock security guard. We don't just offer a space; we offer an experience- one where you feel valued, welcomed and completely at ease. Hospitality has been a focus from the beginning (seen in our reviews on our first studio), we work diligently to respond quickly and with as much details as possible to ensure a smooth shoot. SET DESIGNS: LIGHT: Light drips in through the southeast facing windows in the morning and then the west facing windows catch that afternoon/evening light INCLUDED IN BOOKING: PLEASE NOTE: - This space is NOT SOUNDPROOF. Being in the heart of DTLA, we are subject to all of the city noise that accompanies it (fire trucks, ambulance sirens, etc), despite being on the 9th floor. Certain video interviews and other noise-sensitive productions can be done but would require mics that make that type of noise easy to remove in post-editing. If you need long-form audio with uninterrupted clips, we suggest a sound stage with another studio as the downtown noise is unfortunately unpredictable. If the editing style is shorter segments that allow for cuts, this is more doable. We've hosted several video productions/interviews but they are aware of this dynamic in advance. If this is a crucial element to your production, we welcome and encourage anyone to come tour the space in advance for larger video productions. We have amazing food nearby!
