This STATE OF THE ART movie theater can seat up to 12 people with 8 cozy reclining movie seats and additional back bar seating with 4 chairs. Features 22 Pro Audio Technology surround speakers with Dolby Atmos, over 15K watts of amplification, 170” diagonal screen. 4K Laser projector and sensual ambiance lighting. This is truly an amazing, fully immersive, auditory and visual experience! The modern lounge area is also included in this booking and includes a full kitchen, media room with 85” TV or wide screen projection (which can play the same as the theater or something different) complete with large couch and multiple chairs and tables. An additional projection viewing screen is around the corner and the space is complete with 8 additional TV’s for your viewing pleasure! A beautiful custom bathroom is adjacent to the movie theater. This theater would be great for a family night private screening, birthday party, special event, short film production, podcast, music video production or feature length film or TV show. Capacity limited to ~40 people. Plenty of parking.
