It faces south-west, offering plenty of natural light and a unique view of Vancouver's iconic skyline, North Shore mountains, and the Burrard Inlet. Conveniently all located within minutes walking distance, you'll find: BC Place, Rogers Arena, Stadium-Chinatown Skytrain Station, Cineplex Movie Theatre, Parq Casino, International Village Mall, T&T Supermarket, Costco, Rexall Drugstore, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven. The building is fully secure with fob access and a roaming concierge/security. The condo is situated on a corner unit that provides almost 1000 sqft of spacious living area. Two secured parking stalls are included (upon request), and additional charged public parking stalls are available on-site. Metered street parking is also available nearby. Creative: People have used the space for mini photoshoots, student films, commercials, and or other creative projects. Occassion: People have also booked our place for small gatherings, dinner parties, baby showers, etc for up to 15 people. Guests have FREE access to our resort-like amenities: full sized pool, hot tub, gym, library, and kids play room on the 2nd floor.
