We are an Art Deco inspired premium golf simulator lounge with over 4,000 square feet inside as well as a patio that provides roughly an additional 1,000 square feet. We are located in North Denver in a complex which has a large courtyard and many businesses including a brewery next door. We have 5 spacious golf simulator bays equipped with Uneekor sensors that offer options to play thousands of golf courses as well as some fun golf games, and a virtual reality headset that can be set up in one of the bays with screen projection and several very fun games. The bays are multipurpose and can be used for other things as well such as: TV, presentations, memory videos, visualizers, music videos etc. There are also 4 large TVs throughout the space that can be used however the guests prefer. There is a lot of open space in the center of the venue with two comfortable lounges that can be rearranged to accommodate a variety of different event needs. There is also a large, beautiful bar that can be used for seating and/or a buffet set up. Between the bar seats, cocktail tables and stools at each bay, and the two lounge areas, there is comfortable seating for at least 36 people. We are also happy to work with partners to acquire additional furniture if needed. We carry an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages including craft sodas, herbal sparkling waters, carbonated, hot, and iced teas, and spring water. We do not currently have a liquor license but this can be a perk for events because it allows us to have guests save money by bringing in their own alcohol or using our partners at Peak Beverage for alcohol catering. Additionally, we have several board/party games including: Sequence, Jenga, Yahtzee, Guess Who, Charty Party, and decks of cards. We would be a great venue to host your company party, birthday party, pre-wedding event or anything in between!
