My four bedroom 2 1/2 bath home home is in a beautiful quaint neighborhood filled with ponds and paths and walkways that you can jog or walk around and exercise. I have a large beautiful fenced in backyard complete with patio furniture grill and fire pit for your enjoyment that backs up to a pond. There are two large living Spaces in this home one of the main level one on the second level. There are six smart TVs for your enjoyment with subscription access to Netflix Hulu and sling box. I am 25 minutes from O’Hare and 35 minutes from Chicago. There is a mall a gym and numerous restaurants and stores nearby as well as the World famous Woodfield Mall. There’s absolutely no fishing swimming boating or entering of the pond for any reason. Is to be viewed for your enjoyment only. It’s a very tranquil property as I do not have neighbors on one side. There are numerous families that have been in my neighborhood a long time please respect my neighbors and observe quiet time after 8pm daily.
