Welcome to our Sunroom! We’re a small family-run team, and this space is something we’ve really poured our hearts into. Sunroom Studios is tucked into the little village of St. George. Yes, the kind of place that looks like it belongs in a Hallmark movie. Inside, you'll find a bright and open 1400 sq ft studio with 15-foot ceilings, original brick, exposed wood beams, and white walls that make the whole place feel calm and clean. We’ve got 10 large windows (2 East-facing, 4 West, and 4 South) that fill the space with beautiful natural light throughout the day. There are five styled vignettes that make for a cozy event. Sets are subject to change with the season (October - holiday set starts; April/May - spring set starts), so we recommend reaching out about current availability. There’s a private change room (also used as an entryway coat area) in addition to a large bathroom. We've hosted everything from engagement and birthday parties, showers, to holiday celebrations. Perfect for your holiday minis or a backdrop for your Christmas gatherings🪩 Important Things To Note: ☼ An alcohol permit is required if you intend on serving alcohol. ☼ There is an outdoor staircase and elevator to access the space. Note: The elevator is typically operational, though not guaranteed. For accessibility needs, contact us on event day to check if it’s working. ☼ We do not have tables and chairs for rent, however, you're welcome to use all existing furniture. Or, you can rent tables and chairs from another company for your event. Please be aware we are unable to store any rental items before/after your event. ☼ There is no kitchen access. ☼ A coat rack and boot tray are provided in the entryway. ☼ IPad and speaker system are provided with access to Spotify. ☼ We provide 2 garbage and 1 recycling bin for your event (with extra bags). ☼ Paper towels, all-purpose cleaner and a broom are provided as well. ☼ Select furniture pieces can be moved (must be discussed with us beforehand). ☼ You're welcome to book a venue viewing with us (Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm, reach out to us for viewing availability). *Please note there is a private office space within the fourth floor that shares the bathroom and entryway with Sunroom Studios. You will have privacy during your booking but please be aware that the doorway with "Ground2Air Media" above will remain closed*
