Unique Albert Frey Bel Vista home in Movie Colony East neighborhood of Palm Springs built in 1947. The Bel Vista subdivision of 15 homes was designed by Albert Frey and John Porter Clark. This was the first subdivision in Palm Springs to feature modern-style houses, and the only Frey housing tract. The vibrant, pink, maximalist space is a perfect stage for your photo shoot needs. Open concept living/dining with unique vignettes throughout. Stunning wallpapers and fabrics by London based Divine Savages and several original works/prints by Charleston artist Chambers Austelle. Bedrooms are each distinct and themed with their own individual wallcovering. Outdoor space includes a bright pool area with a gorgeous mountain backdrop, side grass yard and backyard bocce court. Entire yard is surrounded by tall ficus, a beautiful pink block wall and custom gates that serve as fabulous backdrops.
