A Lofty & Flexible Space Above New Horse Stables for Events, Parties and Meetings

Completed in 2023, The Pony Up Loft & Lounge is the newest edition to the Stables venue. This unique setting is located above the horse stables in the heart of this 60-acre historic property in Michigan's north Oakland County; it is an intimate-feeling space with cathedral-beamed ceilings that can accommodate a variety of needs. Your rental includes a mixed inventory of tables, chairs, soft seating, and accent furniture to support your unique room configuration and seating arrangement needs, including optional swaps to reconfigure the space for AM/PM sessions. Included in the Meeting package is all you need for serving food and drinks, plus the use of our professional sound system and Bluetooth microphone. Full-time, experienced management is on-site at all times. Guests are welcome to access our trails, the lake, and surrounding greenspaces and may add on an overnight stay in one of our upcycled shipping containers. For groups of 40 or more and/or any size groups that are renting the space for more than 6 hours, your rental also includes the Host Cabin. The Host Cabin is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. It's perfect for staging catering, equipment, supplies, and staff. Plus, with a Queen bed, sleeper couch, and private hot tub, it's a great perk for before or after the event too. Your coordinator will add this on either the night before or after, depending on the time slot and day of your event.
