The Swan Treehouse is nestled among 32 acres on tranquil Wadmalaw Island and features marsh views. Part of a group of 4 treehouses originally built in 2018 by the Boltfarm Treehouse team and recently updated to add modern day amenities such as Wifi, a TV, and modern kitchen appliances. This treehouse also comes with a secondary "amenities deck" complete with grill, pizza oven, hot tub, large outdoor tiled shower, and a screened in outdoor lounge with wooden carved bed and large video projector. The space has tons of natural light that floods through the floor to ceiling antique farmhouse windows, and also features a beautiful crystal chandelier, fairy lights, and outdoor gas lamps for that Charleston charm. A king sized shabby chic bed, copper tub, working gas fireplace, and writing desk complete the romantic ambience. Guests also have access to the expansive yard space and fire pit area in front of the treehouse.
