There is a bar area that has a variety of drink glasses and accessories to make beautiful cocktails or pour a glass of wine. Space has been used for product photoshoots before, but can also be used for any sort of videography, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, graduation parties, etc. There are plenty of reachable outlets in all rooms for equipment you may need to use. Plenty of breathing room, no confines of a strict neighborhood as this home is out of city limits. Parking shouldn't be an issue as we can fit comfortably over 10 cars in our driveway alone plus the street. Wi-Fi is provided on signs in the home.
