OCCUPANCY -Capacity is 100 persons -5-hour minimum (Suggested time frame: 1 hour set up, 3-hour event, 1 hour clean up time) -No complimentary time is given. Book your reservation according to hours of occupancy to include set up and clean up. FURNITURE INCLUDED - 100 Black Folding Chairs w/ Black Chair Covers - 14 60” round tables, Linens upon request - 6 6' long tables, Linens upon request - You may bring in your own chairs/tables, but they must be removed by the end of your rental AUDIO/VISUAL -Bluetooth-capable speaker -Wireless Mic (Upon Request) - HD Smart TV - WIFI available FOOD PREP AREA -Microwave -Full-Size Refrigerator -Double Sink - No cooking on-site, use of warmers is permitted ADDITIONS AVAILABLE - Grass wall for selfies, can be decorated to meet your needs - Charger plates (colors limited) - Round Balloon Stand DECOR RULES - No drilling/hammering on the walls or ceilings (use stick and pull - no damage to walls) - NO confetti or Glitter/confetti balloons (will result in forfeiting deposit) CLEANING EXPECTATIONS - Remove all belongings that you bring into the space (including; decor, balloons, food, drinks, boxes and all trash including bathroom trash) - Put trash inside the dumpster in the parking lot - We provide trash bags and two large trash cans AVAILABILITY - We book several events on weekends.
