Our location offers several different setups for your filming and production needs: - An vintage-filled barn reminiscent of a cabin in the mountains - A recently updated classic 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom craftsman home - A yurt with double cots for a camping or glamping vibe - A communal outdoor dining table, hammock, swing, and patio seating area - A large double lot for filming and parking - Ample room for craft services Perfect for student films, music videos, photography, and commercial film shoots, you'll feel inspired by all the potential this location offers. The large lot has ample space to get the angles you want and bring your project to life. **Please read rules prior to filming** EXTRAS: - Plenty of outlets for all your electrical needs inside/outside of the property - Street access for easy load-in / out - Ample parking on the property. Driveway can accommodate 4 stacked cars with plenty of additional parking on San Fernando Ave. - Additional parking is allowed for a fee at the church located one block away. - Additional chairs, tables available - Available rolling rack
