There is an open lobby and two training rooms available for usage. Training areas have matted space for people to train various types of martial arts or exercise. Space is often used for Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Gymnastics. Each training area has numerous heavy bags / hanging bags and other training equipment available for usage. Other equipments include, kicking pads/shields, wave masters, spar bar, plyometric boxes, free weights and more. Training areas have seating for guests to sit and watch. There are benches to put personal belongings along. Besides martial arts, the training areas have been used to host events for people of all ages, from kids to adults. Area has been used to host seminars, birthday parties, company parties and not limited to other options. Lobby area is also available if birthday parties or other events would like to provide food or drink at the events. Restrooms and Showers are available.

Mats are mopped after each usage and steamed mop every day. Lobby floors and bathroom floors are mopped. All Mirror, tables, chairs, windows are wiped and sanitized. All doorhandles/knobs/facets are wiped and disinfected. All training equipment are wiped and sanitized after each usage.
