Creative Photography Studio with Fire Escape

**STUDIO CLOSING -- LAST DAY OF RENTAL WILL BE 6/27/26** Luxurious studio space with ample natural light. We have a light and airy look, a darker & bolder area, and an accessible fire escape for unique cityscape shots! Newly updated dark green wall with french paneling. Tons of little details to set the scene. Studio is great for boudoir, couples, small families, seniors, maternity, product, branding, etc! The desk and rolling chair are perfect for same day editing or IPS appointments with your clients. Windows are east facing, so please keep this in mind when choosing booking time. Building is private and secure, and studio is located on the top floor. The studio also features its own heating/cooling unit. Furniture included: - Full-size bed + assorted linens - Assorted chairs & wooden stool - Gold bar cart - Desk + rolling chair - Backdrop stand - Large & small mirrors - Assorted background props & fake flowers BOOKING RECOMMENDATION: I highly recommend booking your photoshoot between 9am & 1pm, as these hours will give you the absolute best natural light in the studio :)
