This space has several areas available for photography and videography production with a modern, minimal feel. The space is bright but can be diffused with curtains on each of the four walls of large black-framed windows. There are various ways to utilitize the space and interesting frames each either of the two rooms. The first room can act as a client meeting or greeting room with a welcoming environment. The main studio space has large beams and beautiful black-framed windows. There are a few different white walls that can also be used as backgrounds for a clean portrait set up. The building is a quiet space with several units in the building. If you are recording video or audio, please let us know so we can ask the other tenants to accommodate! We're a friendly group of neighbors! Parking is easy and abundant. Parking is free on weekends and after 6 PM. There are lots of great outdoor backdrops near the studio, including red brick, murals and bridges for clean and interesting lines. Just minutes away by foot: coffee shops, a large public market and other shopping. The space is perfect for portraits, product and brand photography.
