Beautiful, quiet, well-lit setting. Spacious courtyard and new construction guest house with full kitchen and bathroom. The guest house has two walls of large sliding glass doors that stack into the wall, transforming it into a pergola that is fully open to the garden. Stone fountain, fire pit and built in "outdoor couch", dining set, outdoor shower. The space is behind my home, The Filice House, a historic Tudor in San Jose's Rose Garden neighborhood. Lots of street parking available. Centrally located and easy to access: 4 miles from the San Jose airport 1 mile to SAP Center 2 miles to Santa Clara University 1 mile to Santana Row and Valley Fair Mall 0.5 mile to the historic Municipal Rose Garden
