This intimate space has 53 stationary theater seats, but with extra seats added it will accomadate between 85-110 in attendance. It comes with a small stage that will accomodate a small band. It also has a seperate platform to the left angle of the stage that is perfect for 3-4 Background Vocalist. It has LED stage lighting that can accent any Live performance. This event space has room in the back left, behind the stationary seating that can be used as a VIP section, or for Vendors, Videographer or DJ. etc...However, no Dancing is allowed per fire code. In addition to this Venue, is a Gated front entrance and Patio that can accomodate from up to 60people. This space can be used for: Band Rehearsals, Live Performances, Seminars, Speeches, Small Plays, Video Shoots, etc.... Easy front door access with ramp to bring in any equipment. Wheelchair assessable. This Venue is on ground level. Plenty of outdoor Parking with individual Parking stalls.
