It has a LARGE covered Private back patio with outdoor seating around a fireplace, large picnic table, top of the line BBQ grill, surround sound speakers, hammock, 7 person hot tub, & a easy access restroom dedicated for the back patio. The back patio is about 40ft long by 15ft wide and could easily fit some more chairs and tables if needed. Home sits on a 1/3 of an acre so there is plenty of yard to enjoy! All rooms in this home are well decorated and work great for a variety of events.
