Has AC for the hot NYC summer, a warm family feel, and ample space with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, back patio, and three bedrooms upstairs. 1 parking spot. 15-30m drive to LGA/JFK airport, 25m to Manhattan. 3 restaurant/shopping areas all within a five minute walk. Close to Queens College, St. Johns, Citifield, US Open, Queens Botanical Gardens, etc. Downstairs is a spacious living room, dining room with seating for 6-8, stocked kitchen (including a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers!), a large back patio. Upstairs are two large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that can be used as an office. 1 parking spot available. You'll have no shortage of food, grocery, or entertainment options as everything you'll need is just a 5-10 minute walk away. We're located at the intersection of Kew Garden Hills and Flushing, just off of three restaurant/shopping areas (Main Street, Jewel Avenue, and Union Turnpike). Guests will have complete privacy and access to the entire unit, with a private entrance. House is strictly non-smoking, but you may use the back patio. 1 parking spot + street parking available. Note that house is not child-proof (e.g., stairs do not have gates). Thermostat is Nest-enabled. Wifi is high speed, but for guests that need even higher speed wifi, just let us know.
