The main studio features an open-concept classroom layout with movable tables and chairs, allowing the space to easily adapt for filming, staging, photography, rehearsals, or client presentations. A mirrored feature wall and ambient LED lighting create dynamic visual opportunities for lifestyle shoots, wellness content, dance, and creative productions. The venue also includes a 75" Samsung Frame Smart TV with easy USB and Wi-Fi connectivity for presentations, playback, production review, or digital displays. Accessibility & Capacity: • First-floor location with handicap-accessible restroom • Main Studio Capacity: 25–40 people • Total Venue Capacity: Up to 50 people • Off-street loading access available through the dock entrance Booking Information: • Cleaning Fee: $75 for productions with 1–25 guests. An additional $75 applies for productions over 25 guests or events serving food. • All bookings require owner approval to ensure compatibility with the space and intended use. • Final rates may vary depending on production size, duration, crew count, and specific requirements.
