The kitchen and interior house is modern. The guest house is rustic and can look like anywhere. The guest suite downstairs features it's own living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The space can hold over 50 people and has holding areas as well.
The house is 3500 square feet. The pool house is 500. Also has a loft office space.
