our 1500 Sq. Ft. office with a 530 Sq. Ft. studio space perfect for photoshoots, located at the centre of Vancouver's financial district. Designed for professional versatility and comfort, the studio is quiet, roomy, and practical in layout. In the studio space, you'll have access to: - Customizable backdrops, multiple colours. - 10.5 Ft. Ceilings - Hardwood Floors - Natural and House Lighting - C-Stands, Ladders, Sandbags available upon request. - 22 Ft. Wall of Windows - Wardrobe/Makeup Area - Two-Couch Lounge with Coffee Table for Meetings - Storage Racks for Equipment Bookings INCLUDE a 15-minute grace period at BOTH the beginning and end of bookings for the purpose of setup/teardown. Our studio comes equipped with a variety of lighting equipment and gear, which can be rented as a package for an additional fee. Further details available upon request. NOTE: We are currently pending installation of a privacy curtain separating the photo studio from the rest of the office space.
