The space can function in a variety of ways, from recording/performance venue to business meeting to photoshoot, to festive gathering. Tables and chairs can be configured in different ways, or the space can be very open. It has wonderful acoustics for vocal and acoustic music. There is a main floor and a mezzanine level as shown in the photos. Parking is freely available on the street. There is a popcorn machine, and a whimsical powder room is attached. The custom kitchen can be available for an additional fee depending upon the date/situation. The venue is in a building that is raised five steps off of ground level, and the mezzanine part of the space is accessed via spiral staircase.
