Stylish Primary Suite with Ample Natural Light

The primary suite incudes a large bedroom and sizable bathroom. The bathroom includes two vanities, a gigantic tub with a view of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Park, large shower, and separate water closet. The bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table/vanity, shades, and is filled with plants. Designed to feel like a boutique hotel, the suite brings in modern boho, Palm Springs, and desert elements. The space works well for the following activities: Film and TV: great setting for hotel room or bedroom Still photography: furniture, art, plants, beauty products, and more FOR PHOTO & PRODUCTION CREWS: We are film and music producers ourselves and designed the house specifically with productions in mind. Please let us know what you need and we can most likely make it happen. Location scouts are welcome and easy for us to schedule, even last minute. We can also FaceTime if you're in a crunch - we get it, we've been there! If you need extra space for wardrobe, HMU, talent holding, charging stations, crafty, etc. please let us know. It is an extra charge to use other spaces outside of the bedroom. The first floor is $288/hour to that includes the bar, living room, and dining room. The only private space here includes the bathroom. If you need private spaces, there are two rooms upstairs. We can discuss your needs to best accommodate you. If productions need to leave equipment, supplies, etc overnight we can accommodate that as well for additional charges. We're looking forward to working with you.
