Outdoor space includes gas firepit, swimming pool, and access to playground. Plenty of outdoor seating. Additionally, there is access to 20K sq feet of vacant land - a portion is sloped but there is also a portion that is fairly flat - great views from this space as well and there is separate street access to it.
