The space offers 13 tiny house rentals and a large 2800 ft² clubhouse! We offer FEEE kayak and paddle boards. There is a community boat dock that can host up to 15 people. There's also a community fire pit that can host up to 20 people. We also offer pontoon boat rental which accommodates four people at a time.
