We're conveniently located in Elyria-Swansea (aka North North Cherry Creek), just a few minutes north of City Park in Denver. We might just be perfect for your next event! Our offering includes the original 800 sq. ft. interior studio space and two large outdoor areas. Over our first year of operations, we've been lucky enough to host a wide array of wonderful bookings including art shows, EP launches and intimate music performances, private functions, birthday parties, engagement shoots, immersive meditations, film screenings and much more! The Easy Stuff: A clean, unique bathroom. (Your grandma would love it!) Elegant green room for hair and makeup, wardrobe changes and relaxing. This room has beautiful natural light, backlit vanity mirrors, comfortable seating and a privacy curtain. Kitchenette complete with sink, fridge, microwave, weird mugs, plates, silverware and glasses. Spacious outdoor areas are available in front and back for fresh air and versatility. Climate-controlled to keep the people comfortable year-round. Gallery lighting for art display, performances or ambience. 6 dedicated parking spots, and ample easy street parking. High-speed internet connection. We can include a projector and sound system for a small extra charge (see add-ons), to save you time and hassle hiring it elsewhere.
