Here’s how we manage the cleaning of our space and the expectations we have for our guests in maintaining the venue during and after their photo shoots: Our Regular Cleaning Process: Weekly Cleaning Routine: We ensure a thorough cleaning of the entire venue, including public bathrooms, on a weekly basis. This regular cleaning schedule keeps the space in top condition for all photo shoots. Increased Frequency During High Usage: When we have a busy schedule with multiple photo shoots, we increase our cleaning frequency to ensure the space meets our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Focus on High-Traffic Areas: Special attention is always given to areas that see more use, ensuring they are meticulously cleaned and sanitized. Guest Cleaning Responsibilities for Photo Shoots: Maintaining the Space: It is essential that the space be left in the condition it was found. This means removing all equipment, props, and any materials brought in for the photo shoot. Waste Management: All trash generated during the photo shoot should be collected and disposed of in the provided bins. For larger items or excessive waste, we ask guests to manage disposal appropriately. Dumpsters are available outside the building for your use. Care of Furniture and Equipment: If any furniture or equipment provided by TLGG is used or moved during the shoot, please return it to its original place. Reporting Spills and Damage: Immediate reporting of any spills or damage during the shoot is crucial. This enables us to take quick action and prevent any lasting damage. Additional Cleaning Fee: If the venue requires extensive cleaning post-shoot or if there is any damage, an additional cleaning fee may be applied, typically deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
