This studio space is located in a beautiful 3-storey warehouse building, near Brock & Dundas. Our space is on the 3rd floor and is east facing, however it gets sun all day via the large skylight and west facing rooftop access window. The ceilings are a soaring 15' tall with exposed wood beams and brick wall. Facing the downtown core, it has a perfect view of the city skyline! Notable Features: -500 sqft -Powder room with in unit -Kitchenette (complete with a sink, mini fridge, microwave and kettle) -Coffee Station -4 large wood top desks grouped together to make one large 12'x4' surface (see photos) -Marble oval conference table that seats 6-8 -Tons of plants and art Some ideas of how to use this space: -Photoshoots (headshots/team shots, lifestyle, social, product, etc.) -Workshops (painting, ceramics, sewing, you name it!) -Wine Tasting / Cocktail Classes -Podcasting -Client Meetings The neighbourhood is full of great cafes, restaurants + bars within walking distance to both Queen west and Dundas west. The studio is easy to drive to or you can take public transit via the Dundas or Queen streetcar. There is a visitor parking lot with 10+ available spaces at any given time. There is also street parking with lots of available space within a block or two. This space is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. There is no elevator servicing this building.
