One side of the house has water views of Accabonac Harbor, the other side of the house has views of Gardiners Bay. Breathtaking sunsets are seen from living room, dining room ,kitchen and deck. This chic 3 bedroom 3 bath cottage has an open floor plan that leads out to a spacious patio for entertaining. There is a sandy beach in the back yard and deeded water access for launching kayaks, paddle boards and other small boats right from your back yard.
